His punctuality & professionalism are what sets him apart from the rest. For Shobit he believes the best ability is availability. For his clients he will always make time.

Shobit grew up a local, having done all his schooling in the local suburbs. Shobit has worked a variety of roles, both in the service sector as well as corporate, most recently in the lending sector.

Growing up Shobit always had an uncanny enthusiasm for architecture and homes, its this enthusiasm that made him decide to transition from lending to real estate in 2021.

Having already helped dozens of people settle into their new forever homes during his time in the lending sector he looks forward to continuing the same trend with his real estate work.
